Senior Workday Configuration Specialist (Recruiting & Talent ) v Praha, Česko

Senior specialist role focused on configuring and supporting Workday Recruiting and Talent Management modules within a global HR technology team. Responsibilities include system configuration, vendor management, requirements engineering, and collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders to optimize talent acquisition processes.

Responsibilities

• Execute Workday configuration within Recruiting and Talent modules
• Support and provide light configuration for third-party talent systems including Phenom People and Ajinga
• Assess business requests, manage demand, and recommend alternative technical solutions for HR processes
• Partner with HR Technology leads, Centers of Excellence, and Operations teams on requirements and solutions
• Resolve complex business problems through independent and collaborative technical troubleshooting

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years HRIS/IT/HR Operations experience with bachelor's degree, or 6 years with high school diploma
• Minimum 2 years hands-on Workday Global Talent Acquisition, Recruiting, or Talent Management configuration
• Experience translating business requirements into technical system functionality
• Minimum 2 years leading or executing User Acceptance Testing and end-to-end system testing
• Demonstrated understanding of data privacy principles and practices
• Fluent English with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience managing multiple high-priority projects in deadline-driven environments
