They're seeking an experienced ServiceNow Technical Lead to join their team in Warsaw. This contract role offers the opportunity to work on sophisticated AI-driven builds while leading technical delivery within a collaborative pod structure.

Position Overview

As Technical Lead, you'll serve as the primary hands-on architect for AI implementations on the ServiceNow platform. You'll own the technical quality of delivery outputs while guiding and mentoring technical consultants. This role combines deep platform expertise with leadership responsibilities, requiring you to run technical discovery sessions with customers, design complex integrations, and act as the escalation point for delivery blockers. You'll work at the forefront of ServiceNow's AI capabilities, specifically with Agentic AI and MCP solution design, while ensuring best practices across ITSM, CSM, HRSD, and CMDB implementations.
