1. Support the development and implementation of AI-related initiatives and innovation projects.
2. Research emerging AI technologies, tools, and trends, particularly within the Chinese technology ecosystem.
3. Collaborate directly with the Chief AI & Information Officer on strategic AI projects.
4. Participate in technical discussions with Chinese partners, technology providers, and stakeholders.
5. Assist with evaluating AI solutions, models, frameworks, and development tools.
6. Contribute to software development activities, including coding, testing, and prototyping.

About the role

We are looking for a curious and technology-driven Software Engineer to join our growing AI initiatives team. In this unique role, you will work closely with our Chief AI & Information Officer, supporting the development of AI-related innovations, exploring emerging technologies, and helping build strategic partnerships with leading technology organizations in China.

This position combines software engineering, AI exploration, international collaboration, and technology research. We are open to candidates at different levels of experience (including students and recent graduates) who demonstrate strong technical potential, passion for AI, and native-level Chinese language skills.

Salary ranges

• Junior : up to 100 PLN/h net B2B | up to 12,350 PLN gross employment contract
• Regular : up to 145 PLN/h net B2B | up to 17,900 PLN gross employment contract
