- Design and build robust, scalable microservices with high observability and supportability, following DevOps and Agile principles.
- Own your deliverables end-to-end — from design through deployment — and hit agreed timelines.
- Provide rapid, effective production support; perform root cause analysis on incidents and drive long-term fixes that stick.
- Act as a trusted technical consultant for platform users, resolving queries and unblocking teams with speed and clarity.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional IT teams and coordinate stakeholder activities to keep the platform evolving.

We are looking for a Software Engineer to join our DHP team. This is a hands-on, high-impact role for someone who thrives at the intersection of platform engineering and developer experience. You will become the crucial link between infrastructure and development — understanding pain points, designing elegant solutions, and shipping tools that make other engineers faster and happier.
What we offer
The pay range for this role is 16 567 PLN - 24 841 PLN (monthly, gross).
Variable pay is discretionary, but influenced by Group performance, business/function performance and individual performance.
