At IT Services, we are passionate about  Snowflake . Our Freight nonTMS services team in Prague is continuously expanding. No matter your level of Snowflake engineering proficiency, you can always grow within our diverse and collaborative environment. 

You will join the Freight nonTMS services team supporting DHL Global Forwarding (DGF). Our team is responsible for data-driven applications and services outside of core TMS platform, focused on improving efficiency, transparency, and decision-making across logistics processes. Support the design, development and operation of scalable API services. 

• Optimizing existing data-driven applications 

• Supporting colleagues across DGF with advanced data solutions 

• Build new applications from scratch leveraging modern cloud data platforms 

• Working in an international environment (Prague, Germany, India, Malaysia) and closely collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, and data specialists. 

Ready to embark on the journey? Here’s what we are looking for:

• SQL (advanced) 

• Snowflake data development & cost aware usage 

• Practical experience with cloud data warehouse architecture 

• Strong understanding of data modeling (facts, dimensions, KPIs) 

• Experience with performance tuning and cost optimization in Snowflake 

• Experience integrating Snowflake with reporting tools (Power BI, OAC) 

• Knowledge of data governance, security, and access management 

• Proactive mindset and ability to work independently 

• Experience working in agile / product-oriented environments 

  Nice to have:  

• We welcome experience with Python (data processing/automation)  

• Previous exposure to logistics/supply chain data and building end-to-end data products is a huge plus
