🔹 Designing distributed workflows using fan-out / fan-in patterns, idempotency, and at-least-once delivery
🔹 Writing and debugging multi-stack Terraform configurations
🔹 Building automated tests with pytest / pytest-bdd and working with Lambda Powertools
🔹 Potentially contributing to a React and TypeScript frontend

What experience should you bring?
✅ 5+ years of professional software engineering experience

✅ Experience with Lambda Powertools, pytest / pytest-bdd, and clean, testable development in a monorepo
✅ Confidence reading, writing, and debugging Terraform configurations
✅ A strong understanding of event-driven architecture and distributed systems

Experience with GraphQL / AWS AppSync, React + TypeScript, Databricks, or data access control tools such as Immuta would be a plus. Familiarity with pharma or clinical data, CDISC SDTM / ADaM, or regulated development environments such as GxP / 21 CFR Part 11 would also be valuable.

✨ What does the role offer?
An opportunity to help build a clinical data platform and put your Python, cloud, and distributed systems expertise into practice. The initial engagement is for 6 months, with the possibility of an extension.
