Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and develop a team of C++ software engineers toward technical excellence
Set team objectives, manage priorities, and ensure successful software delivery
Provide technical guidance during design, architecture reviews, code reviews, and investigations
Collaborate with Software Architecture, Systems Engineering, Hardware, and Product Management teams
Plan resources, manage dependencies, and drive continuous improvement in development processes
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical field
Extensive software development experience with strong proficiency in modern C++
Proven experience leading and coaching software engineering teams
Strong understanding of software architecture, design principles, testing, and debugging
Knowledge of Linux, embedded systems, or hardware-software integration
Experience planning and delivering complex software development activities
Fluent English communication and stakeholder management skills
