Solutions Engineer v Česko

Job offer

https://jobeax.com/link/A5AVkkNF4ZGZ7Idb is the first Agentic CMS: a platform that doesn't just store and deliver content, but actively works alongside teams to audit it, optimize it, and keep it compliant. Organizations like Elanco, Zurich Insurance, Cadbury, and Oxford University use it to publish faster, reduce risk, and drive ROI of up to 320%, not by adding more process, but by automating the slow, manual work that existed before AI.

AI is fundamentally changing what a content platform can do, and we're building ahead of that curve rather than catching up to it. The problems we're solving are real, the customers are enterprise-grade, and the product is genuinely differentiated.

This role is open in CZECHIA only and can be FULL REMOTE

What is the role about?

You'll own the technical side of the sales cycle, running platform demos, building proof of concepts, and guiding prospects through evaluation. Once they sign, you stay with them through onboarding, helping new customers get their content model right and their team ready to build. Consultants, Support Engineers, and Customer Success Managers support you through the post-sale process, but the continuity you bring from day one is what sets the experience apart.

What you´ll do:

• Participate in discovery conversations to understand customer requirements and technical constraints.
• Support sales-led discovery by validating technical requirements and solution fit.
• Run tailored platform demos and proof of concepts at every stage of evaluation
• Guide technical evaluations alongside the wider team, answering the questions that determine whether a deal moves forward
• Advise on architecture and integration strategies that align with customer goals and what https://jobeax.com/link/A5AVkkNF4ZGZ7Idb can do
• Onboard new customers by walking them through the platform's capabilities and translating what you learned during the sales cycle into practical recommendations for how they should use it
• Communicate clearly with both technical and business stakeholders, making complex topics feel approachable
• Deliver consulting services and customer enablement engagements that help customers adopt and maximize platform value

What we're looking for:

• Experience in a presales, solution engineering, or technical consulting role; you know how to navigate a sales cycle and what it takes to win technical trust
• Strong understanding of SaaS and API-first architecture
• Comfortable reading and writing one or more of the following: JavaScript, TypeScript, C#/.NET, React, https://jobeax.com/link/Z30sZYC3jcRenVso, Vue, or Angular
• Confident working with REST APIs, whether that's explaining them to a developer or explaining the business value to a non-technical person
• Able to lead conversations with both technical and business stakeholders without losing either audience

Bonus points for:

• Hands-on experience with https://jobeax.com/link/A5AVkkNF4ZGZ7Idb or another headless CMS platform
• Experience with content modeling, content operations, or structured content governance
• Familiarity with localization workflows or multilingual content operations
• Experience advising on digital maturity or content strategy at an enterprise level
