In this role, you support the reliability and accuracy of our workplace data. As a Data Admin, you are responsible for the routine maintenance and data entry tasks that keep our space and occupancy systems up to date. You will assist in ensuring that changes to the office environment are reflected accurately in our systems, adhering to established standards and procedures. This role is a great entry point into workplace data management, where your attention to detail ensures that the broader team has a clean and consistent foundation for reporting and decision-making.
What You’ll Do
Perform routine data entry to update workplace platforms, reflecting changes in building layouts and occupancy.
Assist in verifying data accuracy through checklists and standard validation procedures.
Follow established space standards and business rules to ensure consistency.
Prepare simple, recurring reports as directed by team members.
Manage assigned administrative tasks, ensuring deadlines are met.
Support the collection of data updates from internal stakeholders.
Participate in training sessions to learn new platform features and process updates.
Maintain accurate records and help organize team documentation.
Other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
High school with leaving exam or Bachelor’s level degree in relevant field.
Basic understanding of data entry, record keeping, or administrative procedures.
High attention to detail and a structured, methodical approach to routine tasks.
Solid organizational skills with the ability to follow set processes.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook, Word).
Willingness to learn space management platforms such as Manhattan, Archibus, TRIRIGA, or Planon.
Good communication skills (written and verbal).
English language - advanced B2.
Curious, proactive, and eager to grow within the role.
Work permit in Czech Republic
