Job offer

We're looking for an SQL Database Administrator with fluent English to join our team.
We prefer candidates who are already based in Prague, speak basic Czech, and have experience living or working in the Czech Republic. However, we are open to candidates who are authorized to work in the EU.
This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys working with data, building meaningful reports, and solving technical issues that make a real difference to the business.

What you'll do
Build, maintain, and optimize SQL reports for business users
Translate business requirements into technical reporting solutions
Own reporting requests from initial discussion to final delivery
Analyze and validate data outputs
Investigate application and system issues
Perform log analysis and root cause analysis
Handle BAU tickets and service requests
Work with internal IT teams and external service providers
Maintain technical and operational documentation
Act as the key contact for reporting and data-related requests

What you bring
Strong SQL skills, including writing, optimizing, and debugging queries
Experience with reporting and data analysis
Application and system troubleshooting experience
Experience with log analysis and root cause investigation
Basic to intermediate system administration knowledge
Understanding of servers, networking, authentication, and monitoring
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders
Ownership mindset with a focus on delivering solutions

Nice to have
Experience in a shared services or centralized support environment
Knowledge of ITSM and ticketing tools
Experience working with external service providers
