Lead complex cross-functional programs from inception through successful delivery
Develop and maintain comprehensive program plans with clear governance and accountability
Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and align resources against strategic objectives
Identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues and dependencies throughout program lifecycle
Foster collaborative environment and drive informed decision-making with stakeholders
Requirements
6+ years leading complex technical programs
Degree in Engineering, Materials Science, Computer Science or related technical field
Proven experience managing large cross-functional programs with significant business impact
Knowledge of product development processes, project management methodologies and quality systems
Stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills in matrixed environments
Proficiency with project management tools, Microsoft Office and ProChain
