Staff Program Manager role at Thermo Fisher Scientific supporting the XDB product portfolio in Materials Science. • Develop and maintain comprehensive program plans with clear governance and accountability
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and align resources against strategic objectives
• Identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues and dependencies throughout program lifecycle
• Foster collaborative environment and drive informed decision-making with stakeholders

Requirements

• 6+ years leading complex technical programs
• Degree in Engineering, Materials Science, Computer Science or related technical field
• Proven experience managing large cross-functional programs with significant business impact
• Knowledge of product development processes, project management methodologies and quality systems
• Stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills in matrixed environments
• Proficiency with project management tools, Microsoft Office and ProChain
• PMP, SAFe or Agile certification preferred
