The Team Lead – Offer Management is responsible for leading a team delivering end-to-end quotation and offer support for Siemens Smart Infrastructure (SI B) Germany. The role ensures the timely, accurate, and compliant preparation of customer offers while acting as a key interface between GBS and business stakeholders. In addition to operational leadership, the role drives process excellence, team development, and continuous improvement initiatives that support business growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop a team of Offer Management professionals.
Ensure high-quality and timely preparation of commercial offers and quotations in line with customer and business requirements.
Act as the primary contact for SI B Germany stakeholders, fostering strong business relationships and ensuring high service quality.
Coordinate complex and strategic offers, providing guidance and support to the team when required.
Monitor operational KPIs, workloads, service levels, and productivity, implementing corrective actions where necessary.
Drive standardization, digitalization, and continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and scalability.
Identify process improvement opportunities and collaborate with business partners on implementing sustainable solutions.
Manage escalations, risks, and stakeholder expectations in a professional and customer-oriented manner.
Support talent development, succession planning, and knowledge management within the team.

Qualifications & Skills

Proven experience in Offer Management, Sales Administration, Commercial Operations, or a comparable business support environment.
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic and customer-focused environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a continuous improvement mindset.
Experience working in an international and cross-functional environment.

Language Requirements

German (minimum C1 level) required for daily communication with SI B Germany stakeholders, participation in business discussions, and handling customer-related documentation.
English (minimum B2/C1 level) required for collaboration within the international GBS organization and participation in global initiatives.
