1. Receive, triage, and resolve tickets via the help desk system in line with SLA and priority guidelines.
2. Diagnose and fix hardware and software issues on laptops and peripherals.
3. Prepare workstations for new employees -- device setup, account provisioning, and corporate software installation.
4. Maintain asset records and document solutions in the knowledge base.
5. Communicate with users in English and Hungarian, both written and verbal.
6. Escalate complex incidents to L3 with thorough documentation when needed.
