1. Closely work with business and technology teams to understand the business needs and translate into optimal functional/data solution, leveraging the current features of the platform and requesting new ones where appropriate
2. Educate the business on how their requirements can be met with this functional solution
3. Work with solution architects to translate functional solution into technical solution that will meet the business needs. This may include undertaking data analysis to establish data quality, coverage, etc.
4. Document the requirements, including business problem, benefits, solution, expected results etc.
5. Work with the technology test teams, and/or personally undertake testing, to ensure the solution delivers what is expected, and convey that to the requester and get signoff
6. Support the business and technology teams through the initial deployment and any subsequent questions or issues
