Your Responsibilities

Manage complex customer projects in the field of generator and special switchgear systems.
Plan and monitor project requirements, schedules, resources, costs, and quality, while implementing corrective and optimization measures in cooperation with internal and external stakeholders.
Review and evaluate technical specifications from both technical and commercial perspectives, and align requirements and potential solutions with customers.
Design generator and special switchgear solutions, take responsibility for the development and evaluation of the respective concepts, and collaborate closely with partners and suppliers.
Assess supplier quotations from a technical and commercial perspective and take ownership of change management, claim management, and risk management activities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and suppliers.

Your Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a comparable qualification.
Excellent communication skills in English, German & other languages advantage .
Several years of proven experience in project management, ideally complemented by formal project management training or certification.
Solid knowledge of switchgear systems and related technologies; experience with generator and special switchgear applications is highly desirable.
Experience working in international and cross-functional teams.
A proactive and results-oriented personality with a strong customer focus.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
