1. Provide advanced technical support for business applications in a production environment.
2. Investigate and resolve incidents and problems of different levels of complexity.
3. Monitor applications and workflows using tools such as Geneos/ITRS, Airflow and BMC Control-M.
4. Perform troubleshooting and root-cause analysis across UNIX, databases and connected systems.
5. Work with UNIX, shell scripting, SQL and databases on a regular basis.
6. Collaborate with Network, Database, UNIX and upstream/downstream system teams.

We are looking for a Senior Technical Support Engineer to join an international team responsible for keeping business-critical applications stable, secure and reliable.

You will work closely with technical teams across infrastructure and application areas, troubleshoot production issues, improve support processes and look for opportunities to automate repetitive tasks.

This is a hands-on BAU support role where strong troubleshooting skills, independence and a good understanding of enterprise IT environments are essential.
