Are you an experienced manufacturing professional ready to take the next step into leadership, or already leading a technical team and looking for a role with greater impact?

At Munters, we are looking for a Technology Team Leader who can bring together two important strengths: technical expertise and people leadership.

You will lead a team of Technologists, help shape the way our products are manufactured and work closely with colleagues across Production, Engineering, Sales and Purchasing, as well as with our international teams. It is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys solving real manufacturing challenges, improving processes and helping people succeed.

What will you make happen?

• Lead and inspire a team of Technologists, setting priorities, distributing responsibilities and supporting their performance and development.
• Take ownership of manufacturing processes, work instructions and technological documentation, ensuring they are accurate, practical and delivered on time.
• Be the person the team can turn to when a technical or manufacturing challenge needs to be solved.
• Work closely with Production, Engineering and other departments to turn product designs into efficient and reliable manufacturing processes.
• Review designs from a manufacturability perspective and help select the right manufacturing technologies and processes.
• Drive continuous improvement, finding opportunities to improve quality, simplify processes and reduce manufacturing and error-related costs.
• Play an active role in bringing new products into production, from feasibility assessment and planning through to successful implementation.
• Balance technical requirements with what matters to the business: quality, safety, cost and on-time delivery.

What will help you succeed?

We are looking for someone who combines a solid technical background with the ability to bring people together.

• A secondary school or university degree in Mechanical technical field. Good knowledge of manufacturing technologies and production processes.
• Experience working with technical drawings, engineering documentation and 3D viewing tools.
• English you can actively use in both written and spoken communication with international colleagues.
• The confidence to make decisions, take ownership and lead others.
• A collaborative mindset and the ability to build effective relationships across different teams and functions.
• Curiosity and initiative. You do actively look for better technical and process solutions.
• The ability to keep a clear head, make decisions and move things forward even when priorities change or an unexpected production challenge appears.
