We are looking for a Transition Project Manager with senior experience in global environment, proficient English and advanced German. You will bring teams together across borders and lead projects from planning to implementation and handover, turning strategic goals into practical results.

What will your day-to-day responsibilities include?

• lead global transition projects from defining objectives and plans through implementation, handover, and evaluation
• coordinate internal teams, global partners, and other key stakeholders throughout the transition
• define transition schedules, budgets, priorities, responsibilities, and measurable deliverables
• manage transition risks, dependencies, changes, and escalations to keep delivery on track
• prepare materials for management decision-making and provide clear reports on transition progress, risks, and next steps
• lead workshops and working meetings in English and German
• translate strategic objectives into concrete transition activities and coordinate their implementation and handover
• capture lessons learned and share best practices to improve project and transition management
• be based in the Czech Republic, with very frequent travel to Germany

What should you bring to fit into our team?

• a university degree in economics, a technical field, or another relevant field
• at least three years of experience managing complex transformation, process, or technology projects, with the ability to guide teams through change
• experience in consulting or in a larger global company
• the ability to lead projects, align stakeholders, and gain support for proposed changes and new ways of working
• strong analytical and organisational skills and the ability to quickly get up to speed on new topics
• excellent communication skills, a clear and persuasive manner, and a respectful approach across all levels of the organisation
• English at advanced level and a very good command of German
• independence, the ability to make decisions and take responsibility, while collaborating with the team to achieve shared goals
• advanced proficiency in MS Office and experience with project management tools

It will be an advantage if you have:

• experience in insurance, financial services, or another regulated industry
• experience with process transformation, new system implementation, or change management, including the transition to day-to-day operations
• experience with an cross-border merger
• a project management certification
• the ability to communicate in Czech
