Tribe IT Lead - Customer Solutions v Praha – Krč, Česko

We are looking for an exceptional technology leader to co-lead our Customer Solutions Tribe, one of the bank's biggest and most strategic tribes with over 300 FTE, focused on key solutions including mortgages, unsecured lending, insurance and process automation.

This means ensuring a leading user experience, maximum process simplification and business innovation while continuing to modernize our technology. You will oversee prioritization, resource allocation and investment decisions while ensuring the stability, security and performance of these business-critical systems.

We expect you to build a strong partnership with the Business Tribe Lead, based on mutual trust, complementary strengths and shared accountability for leading the tribe. • Lead the Shift to AI Agentic Engineering - You will be the key driver of AI transformation, moving from AI experimentation toward native AI agentic engineering embedded in every step of product and solution delivery. Your goal will be to turn the AI technologies and agentic capabilities into measurable business value through accelerated process automation, faster engineering delivery, and secure, responsible AI adoption at scale.
• Build Smaller, High-Impact AI Agentic Teams - You will reshape the tribe organization from traditional agile delivery structures into smaller, AI agentic, cross-functional teams built around clear business outcomes. These teams will combine product, design, engineering and data capabilities with agentic execution to shorten feedback loops, increase ownership and accelerate value delivery.

Who Are We Looking For?

• Technology Executive - You possess deep knowledge of software engineering, architecture, cloud technologies and modern delivery practices. You can engage credibly with engineers, architects and senior technology leaders while maintaining a clear business perspective. You have a strong track record of defining and executing strategy in a complex organization and can translate business ambitions into technology outcomes.
• AI Agentic Transformation Leader - You understand how AI, autonomous agents and automation are reshaping engineering, operations and customer experience. Beyond understanding the technology itself, you know how to guide teams from traditional two-pizza agile squads toward smaller, highly focused agentic product teams. You also understand that change management, adoption and team buy-in are critical to making this transformation successful.
• People Leader - You inspire trust and honesty, develop talent and create an environment where high-performing teams can thrive. You have experience leading senior managers, technology experts and large-scale organizations.
• Strong Business Partner - You understand simplicity always wins in digital, know how to build leading digital products, and understand commercial drivers. Experience with digital transformation, digital sales, financial services or large-scale customer-focused platforms is highly valued.

What Should You Bring?

• 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with a strong understanding of architecture, cloud technologies, modern engineering practices and automation.
• 8+ years of leadership experience managing larger technology teams, departments or organizations, including significant budgets, strategic vendors and complex stakeholder environments.
• Proven success in developing digital products and solutions and driving organizational transformation.
• Strong ability to simplify, prioritize and focus on what creates the biggest value for customers and the bank.
• Practical experience with AI, AI agents, loop engineering and secure AI deployment, with a clear understanding of the shift from traditional agile delivery teams toward small, product-oriented AI agentic teams.
