What about you?

You could be a great fit if:

You’re looking for a role that mixes fieldwork with project coordination, and you’re eager to get hands-on experience in construction.
You hold a master’s degree in civil engineering or construction and have initial experience in roadworks or civil engineering projects, giving you solid site knowledge that will help you integrate effectively on a technical level.
You make Health & Safety a priority. You follow the rules and actively contribute to maintaining a safe work environment for everyone.
You’re comfortable with the fast pace and direct communication of construction sites, and your can-do attitude helps you face challenges head-on.
You’ve got strong interpersonal skills and enjoy being part of a team. Your curiosity and openness make it easy for you to adapt and integrate quickly.
You speak fluent English and feel confident communicating in any context: on site, in meetings, or day-to-day, your life would be 100% in English! If you also speak Czech, that would be considered a strong plus.
You've already had the opportunity to live abroad, and you understand what it means to build a new life in a new place. As such, you're excited about the chance to live and work in Czech Republic, making the most of everything it has to offer.
You have your driver’s license, and you’re ready to move between sites if needed.

Why should you join @VINCI Construction CS and @VINCI Construction as a VIE?

We’ll give you three reasons why this opportunity might be perfect for you:

You're starting your career – Looking for assignments that teach you something new every day?

Thanks to a VIE, what looks like 2 years on a resume is actually worth 5 years of experience. Léa, working in Toronto, says: “I'm learning so much, not only about the job and technical skills, but also about what it's like to work in Canada. I feel like I'm discovering much more than I would in France at 25.' But if you’re uncomfortable stepping out of your comfort zone, this might not be for you.

You need mentors to grow – Looking for a supportive work environment?

You'll have experienced professionals guiding you and be part of Young Talents @VINCI Construction, a strong peer https://jobeax.com/link/JRKZJCGRvz69AEH5 in New Zealand shares: “My manager made feel part of the team from day one, end ensures I progress every day.” But if you prefer working solo and don’t enjoy teamwork, this might not be the right fit.

You are looking for an environment which will keep you on your toes, make you wonder what’s the next challenge ahead?

Considered as a fully-fledged member of the VINCI Construction CS team, you handle your own projects: it's your call, your responsibility. Caroline, now on a local contract, says: “If I want more, they give me more.” But if you enjoy a well-oiled routine, you might feel uncomfortable with us.
