In the role of Sales Manager / Business Development Manager for the Hungarian Market, you will have the flexibility to choose your location, with the option to work from an office in Budapest. This mid- to senior-level position offers an immediate start or a date based on mutual agreement. We are looking for a natural dealmaker with a passion for technology and infrastructure—someone who thrives in a proactive, self-driven environment and knows how to successfully open doors in the B2G sector. Actively develop business opportunities across the Hungarian market (primarily G2G, B2G eventually)
maintain existing business relationship with actual customers and proactively assist with their needs
identify and pursue new clients and partners – independently and proactively
represent the full product portfolio of our group
build strong relationships with key stakeholders and public authorities
participate in pre-sales activities and help shape winning proposals
collaborate with our international team and contribute to the company’s expansion in Italy
Fluent/native-level Hungarian and excellent English (both spoken and written)
an independent manager, able to pursue the corporate strategy yet adopting agile practices in daily agenda
a proactive, self-starting attitude with the drive to make things happen
proven track record in sales, ideally with a technical or industrial product
experience with G2G or public sector sales is a strong plus
knowledge of the rail or transport industry is welcome but not required
flexibility to travel on weekly basis across Hungary as needed
